Testing Equipment for This Demo
Tester: PowerPi XT1000
Adapter Board: PowerPi P480X
Output Device: 12V Only Power Supply
Test Tutorial

1. The PowerPi XT1000 comes with XT60 male and female connectors, suitable for high-power monitoring.
2. Connect the PowerPi XT1000 to the product you want to test, and you can monitor conduction power in real-time.
3. In this test, we use a 12V Only power supply with the PowerPi P480X adapter board. The meter shows the current no-load voltage as 12.028V.
4. After connecting the load and starting the power supply, PowerPi XT1000 displays the current conduction power as 11.84V, 9.12A, 108.02W, with the current relative humidity at 49% RH, and the core temperature of the meter at 29°C.
Additional Notes

1. PowerPi XT1000 supports bidirectional conduction, showing the current conduction direction via the current measurement icon.
2. With the XT60 adapter cables, it can be used as a DC tester, expanding more test application scenarios.
Precautions
1. PowerPi XT1000 supports a wide voltage range of 5-36V, 30A continuous current, and 80A peak current.
2. PowerPi P480X supports soft start and unidirectional conduction design, only allowing current from input (IN) to output (OUT), not supporting reverse connection, and has no extra protection.
