PowerPi has launched the X140C‑C fast-charging module 3D printing customization kit, which integrates the KSD9700 series thermal protector and a 3010 high-speed fan, solving the heat dissipation challenges of high-power fast charging and providing efficient power supply solutions for desktop, outdoor, and other scenarios.
In terms of cooling, the kit closes at 50°C and actively dissipates heat under high load, balancing quiet operation and cooling efficiency. It doesn’t require MCU control, has strong anti-interference capability, and high reliability, ensuring stable full-power operation over a long time. The enclosure is made of 3D-printed high-temperature engineering plastic, measuring about 103.72×45.25×27.54mm and weighing around 85g, making it compact and portable.
It can meet the high-power fast-charging needs of devices like drones, phones, laptops, outdoor energy storage, and desktop fast-charging stations, offering DIY enthusiasts and engineers a highly integrated and stable fast-charging solution.
