Against the backdrop of accelerating adoption of fast‑charging protocols, the demand for minimalist voltage triggering and verification tools in R&D, production, and after‑sales scenarios has grown significantly. PowerPi has timely launched the SK100 PD/QC protocol spoofer, featuring a minimalist design with 20V/5A pass‑through capability, to meet the rapid testing and development needs of various fast‑charging devices.

The PowerPi SK100 spoofer features a compact design measuring only 50.14mm × 14.9mm × 8.66mm and weighing approximately 4.2g. It is equipped with onboard USB‑C input and USB‑A output receptacles, balancing portability and practicality. For operation, a red three‑position DIP switch in the middle, together with silkscreen markings on the board, allows quick switching between PD profiles at 5V/9V/12V/15V/20V and QC profiles at 5V/9V/12V. An LED indicator provides real‑time status feedback, while the DIP switch‑to‑voltage mapping table on the back enables on‑site reference, making operation efficient and intuitive.
The product is powered by the Suixinwei FS312B controller, which supports PD 3.0 and QC 3.0 protocols. Through DIP switch settings, the device automatically completes handshaking and voltage requests. When the target voltage is not supported, the device intelligently falls back to a nearby voltage level, and defaults to PD protocol priority, ensuring verification reliability. Large VBUS/GND pads are reserved on the back for wire‑soldering extensions, expanding the application boundaries of the device.
With its minimalist design and cost‑controlled approach, the product is well‑suited for R&D debugging, production line testing, and after‑sales verification of output‑side products such as chargers, car chargers, power banks, and wall outlets.
