PowerPi has Launched the X140C-B Fast Charging Module, Featuring Single-Chip Support for PD3.1 140W Bidirectional Fast Charging.

Nov 27, 2025 PowerPi.com

PowerPi has launched the X140C-B fast charging module, designed for PD3.1 bidirectional fast-charging power banks. At its core, it features the Injoinic IP2366 bidirectional synchronous buck-boost controller. With a highly integrated single-chip design, it achieves 140W bidirectional PD3.1 fast charging, providing an efficient solution for high-power charging scenarios.

The PowerPi X140C-B fast charging module has a fan temperature control circuit and fan socket on top. In the middle, there's the Injoinic IP2366 SOC chip, and below that are the synchronous buck-boost MOSFETs and alloy inductors. On the sides, you'll find filter capacitors and TVS diodes, and at the battery end, there’s a fuse for overcurrent protection. The left side features a power indicator, a USB-C female port, and a battery check button. The yellow connector on the right is for battery connection, with red switches above and below for selecting the number of battery cells and battery voltage.

The X140C-B module is very versatile, supporting 2-6 series battery packs, compatible with 3.65V LiFePO4 batteries up to 4.4V high-voltage batteries. The battery interface uses an XT60 female socket, and the side DIP switches make it easy to set battery cells and voltage. Special solder points on the PCBA board support three power settings: 65W, 100W, and 140W, making it suitable for various energy storage devices, power banks, and DIY multi-functional development projects.

The module is compact, measuring just 60.1×71.1×11.3mm and weighing about 30.7g. Its single USB-C output supports PD3.1, PPS, QC3.0/5, FCP, SCP, and other mainstream protocols. The PDO messages include six fixed voltages from 5V3A to 28V5A, two PPS ranges of 3.3-11V3A and 3.3-21V3A, and a 15-28V 140W AVS voltage range. With a maximum output of 140W, it can power smartphones, tablets, drones, laptops, high-power power banks, and more, offering high performance and convenience for high-power fast charging applications.
