PowerPi has Launched the D60ACC Retractable Fast Charging Module, Powered by Injoinic's Dual-Chip Technology, Ensuring Fast Charging with Peace of Mind

Nov 19, 2025 PowerPi.com

PowerPi has launched a multi-interface retractable fast-charging module that stands out for its high integration, stable performance, and broad compatibility.

This module combines the car charger with a retractable cable, offering a 1A1C output with a 72 cm storable USB-C cable. It's compatible with 12/24V vehicles and supports PD3.0/PPS as well as mainstream fast-charging protocols. The side display lets you easily check the power and charging status.

The product measures 99.64 x 51.3 x 28.95 mm and weighs about 73.3g. Its design features a “square with rounded corners” integrated structure. A single port can deliver up to 30W, with a total output of 60W across multiple ports, which is enough to fast-charge most devices simultaneously.

As for materials, the module uses a single-board architecture inside. The PCBA module and retractable cable module are connected with glued ribbon cables, and a chip fuse on the input ensures safety. Core components include Injoinic IP6520 and IP6565 for USB-A and USB-C protocol step-down, supported by an 8A08A1 MCU, a 7550-1 voltage regulator, and multiple types of filter capacitors. The retractable cable module comes with a coiled spring and concentric slip ring for continuous power delivery while rolling in or out. Overall, the circuit is simple yet well-protected.
