PowerPi Has Launched the D45AC Digital Display Fast‑Charging Module with Real‑Time Parameter Monitoring for More Efficient Debugging

Nov 6, 2025 PowerPi.com

PowerPi has launched the D45AC 1A1C digital display fast‑charging module, featuring DC input, dual‑channel independent fast charging, and real‑time monitoring as its core capabilities, driven by two protocol step‑down chips – the Injoinic IP6535 and the iSmartWare SW3522 – working in synergy. The module is well‑suited for multi‑scenario charging testing needs and has attracted widespread attention.

The PowerPi D45AC digital display fast‑charging module supports a wide input voltage range of 15V‑24V. On the output side, it is equipped with a USB‑A port and a USB‑C port, with the USB‑A delivering up to 20W and the USB‑C up to 25W, for a total combined output of 25W. Both channels are independently controlled without mutual interference. The module features a built‑in LCD digital display that shows real‑time input/output voltage, current, power, and onboard temperature, addressing the common limitation of traditional fast‑charging modules where output parameters are not visible.

The module adopts a green PCB design. On the input side, a Linearin LT199G1XC6/R6 (marked 9G1KN) current‑sense amplifier ensures precise parameter detection, paired with a Bora Micro PL8310G (marked D7X14) step‑down regulator for efficient voltage conversion. On the output side, the iSmartWare SW3522 and Injoinic IP6535 protocol chips drive the USB‑C and USB‑A ports respectively. The SW3522 supports multiple fast‑charging protocols including PD3.0, PPS, QC3.0, FCP, SFCP, and AFC, while the IP6535 is compatible with QC3.0, FCP, SCP, and AFC, covering the testing needs of mainstream devices.

The LCD display is controlled by an Artery AT32F421G8U7 MCU, with power supplied by an SG Micro SGM2205 (marked RA5SC) LDO regulator. Both fast‑charging outputs are equipped with independent step‑down inductors and filter capacitors, ensuring stable and interference‑free power delivery. The PCBA module measures only 61.29 × 40.7 × 15.71 mm, and weighs 22g including the screen, reflecting a very slim design with robust and reliable components throughout.

Overall, the PowerPi D45AC, through its combination of dual‑chip synergy, independent fast charging, and digital display monitoring, balances performance, compatibility, and portability, making it an ideal choice for multi‑device charging and fast‑charging test scenarios.
