PowerPi has Launched D170ACC GaN DC Fast-Charging Module, Solving the Challenge of Fast Charging Multiple Devices in Vehicles!

PowerPi has launched the D170ACC GaN DC fast charging module, suitable for multi-interface, high-power applications, featuring high integration, stable performance, and comprehensive compatibility. 

This module adopts a 2C1A interface layout, with the USB-C1 port using an orange core for easy identification and convenient use. The product measures only 84.8mm in diameter and 37.2mm in height, weighing approximately 59.1g. Its compact design saves space, supporting a maximum single-port charging rate of 140W and a total multi-port output power of up to 170W, fully meeting the power requirements for parallel fast charging of multiple devices.

In terms of materials, the USB-C1 port is controlled by an Injoinic IP2756 protocol chip paired with a Baoli Micro PL5500H synchronous buck-boost controller, two Aidemann AD40N50D3VBUS switches, and four Innoscience INN040FQ043A GaN switches, ensuring efficient and stable voltage regulation. The USB-C2/USB-A ports are managed by a Silergy SP1259HN synchronous buck chip and a Huinengtai HUSB382 protocol chip, integrating the VBUS switch and multiple sets of FPDOS/APDOS, complemented by a 10mΩ detection resistor for a simple and reliable solution.
