PowerPi DC250ACC Fast‑Charging Module Now Officially Compatible With POWER‑Z Mini Program, Bluetooth Interconnection + Smart Monitoring

Nov 12, 2025 PowerPi.com

PowerPi officially announces that DC250ACC fast‑charging module has completed Bluetooth integration with the POWER‑Z Mini Program. Leveraging the Bluetooth transmission capability provided by the module's built‑in Espressif ESP32 chip, the DC250ACC module successfully connects to the POWER‑Z Mini Program, enabling deep hardware‑software synergy. This creates a fast‑charging test system that combines "precise data acquisition" with "intelligent monitoring," effectively expanding the application boundaries of fast‑charging test scenarios.

As PowerPi's core testing device, the DC250ACC fast‑charging module is equipped with a 30×35 mm high‑definition display and adopts a hardware solution comprising ESP32 + IP6557 + dual SW3526 chips, delivering both high‑power output and multi‑protocol compatibility. The module supports Type‑C PD3.1 protocol and 12–30V wide‑range DC input, making it adaptable to various power sources. Its three independent fast‑charge output channels (140W + 65W + 45W), combined with compatibility for mainstream protocols such as UFCS, PD3.1, PPS, and QC5, can simultaneously meet the testing needs of multiple product types including smartphones, laptops, power banks, and drones.

After the PowerPi DC250ACC fast‑charging module successfully interfaces with the POWER‑Z Mini Program, the module's intelligence level has seen a significant improvement. Users can connect via Bluetooth to the Mini Program and obtain real‑time, full‑dimensional data – including module connection status, input/output voltage and current, per‑port power output, and core temperature – achieving precise monitoring of all charging parameters and overcoming the limitation of traditional non‑connectable modules.

To address the multi‑scenario management needs of the DC250ACC module, the Mini Program incorporates several practical features: it supports custom module naming for clear grouping of multiple devices; automatically records test data with timestamps and allows custom data naming and traceability, catering to both routine monitoring and professional testing requirements; and offers a one‑click unbind function to improve device management efficiency in shared‑use environments. These features make the module well‑suited for home debugging, office testing, and travel portability, greatly enhancing productivity in R&D debugging and production line quality inspection.

PowerPi has always been committed to innovation in fast‑charging test technologies. This ecosystem integration with POWER‑Z provides the industry with a more efficient all‑in‑one testing solution. The adapted DC250ACC fast‑charging module is now officially available on the market. In the future, PowerPi will continue to deepen collaborative innovation with ecosystem partners and launch more intelligent testing products.
