Recently, the PowerPi D140AC fast-charging module completed a professional performance test, showing excellent results in power output, stability, and multi-device compatibility, fully demonstrating its solid product strength.

The module features a compact design, measuring only 80.18mm × 50.12mm × 11.31mm and weighing about 27g. With an aluminum board design, it supports a wide input range of 5-32V and a maximum output of 20V 7A 140W, making it suitable for charging tests for phones, tablets, power banks, laptops, and more. At its core is the Zhirong SW3538 chip, using a 1A1C dual-interface layout, which supports powering two devices simultaneously and adapts to various charging scenarios.

In this test, at an ambient temperature of 25℃, the module was placed on a desk for a 20V 7A 140W power aging test. The test was recorded using the POWER-Z KM003C software, and during one hour of aging, the measured output was 19.80V 7.00A 138.64W, showing stable power output with no power drop at any time. The temperature control was impressive, with a maximum temperature of only 91.6℃, and combined with the aluminum board design, it demonstrated excellent heat dissipation.

This test fully confirmed the high stability and reliability of the PowerPi D140AC fast-charging module. Its wide input range, high power output, and dual-port adaptability make it suitable for a variety of charging test scenarios, providing users with more efficient and convenient charging solutions.
